(Reuters) - Linde, the world's largest industrial gases company, reported fourth quarter earnings above market expectations on Thursday.
The U.S.-German company, which supplies gases such as oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen to factories and hospitals, reported an 11% rise in its adjusted earnings per share to $3.97 in the final quarter of 2024.

That came ahead of analysts' mean estimate of $3.93 per share in an LSEG poll.
