The airline operator said in a separate statement that the order reflected an expected increase in passenger demand, including from overseas visitors, to Japan.
Growth in tourism to Japan has exploded in recent years, with the number of annual visitors reaching record numbers.
The company, which operates both the flagship ANA carrier and the low-cost Peach airline, said it expects its fleet size to be at around 320 aircraft by the 2030 financial year.
